Hi, I’m Laura
I’m a bodywork and energy medicine practitioner, yoga teacher, and guide devoted to helping people reconnect with the wisdom of their own body. My work blends Eastern and Western modalities - from fascia-focused therapeutic touch to acupressure, Shiatsu/Thai-inspired movement, and breath-based awareness.
Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in massage therapy, energy medicine, neurodynamic breathwork, and yoga - including Ashtanga, Kundalini, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. These practices have taught me not only technique, but how to truly listen: to trust what the body asks for, to follow its intelligence rather than impose one. Through that trust, my own breathwork has evolved organically - sometimes gentle, sometimes powerful, often moving into a shamanic rhythm that arises naturally from within.
Dreamwork and symbolic sight are woven throughout my practice as ways of listening to the unseen - the stories and wisdom that move beneath words. Whether through touch, breath, or inner work, I meet each person where their body is ready to open, allowing depth and relaxation to coexist.
I believe that healing isn’t about fixing what’s wrong; it’s about remembering what’s whole. Through this work, my intention is to create space for both transformation and rest - where the nervous system softens, energy flows, and you return to your natural state of clarity and ease.
My Approach
I see the body as a living conversation between structure and spirit. Every layer - physical, emotional, energetic - is connected, and when one begins to soften, the others naturally follow. I listen for where the body is already leading, allowing healing to unfold through presence rather than pressure.
Remember
Beneath every symptom or tension lies the body’s deeper intelligence - a memory of wholeness. When we slow down enough to listen, that wisdom begins to speak through sensation, emotion, and dream.
Restore
Through breath, touch, and presence, the body reorganizes itself. My role is to hold space and offer tools that invite alignment — where effort gives way to ease, and awareness becomes the healer.
